Process Layout

Once your addition has been built,  Additions Plus Inc. will begin its final quality check process.  All systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, go through a testing process to ensure proper operation.  The entire construction area is thoroughly cleaned.  The interior windows are cleaned,  the floors are vacuumed, and the outdoor area is swept with a magnet for any loose nails.  Upon full completion, an Additions Plus Inc. representative will do a walk-though with you and explain to you all of the features of your new addition.   This will also be a good time for you to conduct a quality inspection of your own;  if you do spot a problem, we will resolve it right away.

Once you have conducted a walk-through with our representative and are fully satisfied, we will ask you to sign a statement of your satisfaction.  This form will be the release for the last payment, and you will receive a written 10 year structural warranty along with a 5 year workmanship warranty.  Our comprehensive warranty covers all of the work performed by Additions Plus Inc. and its subcontractors.  Click here to download our warranty manual.

Additions Plus Inc. conducts a routine six month inspection after the final completion of your project to make sure all of the systems are operating properly and that you are fully satisfied.
