Design Presentation

During the initial consultation, a representative from Additions Plus Inc. will visit your home. During this consultation you will be asked a series of questions to determine the feasibility of your new project. The representative will discuss design, budget, timeframe, and building code requirements.  Your existing home will be carefully measured and analyzed to determine how well your house will accept the new addition. Our goal is to establish a long term relationship with our customers; no detail will go untouched. Once all of the necessary information is collected, we will go back to our office and begin the estimate. The detail of your estimate will leave no room for surprises. For example, the existing heating and air conditioning system will be analyzed to confirm whether or not it is capable of heating and cooling the newly added square footage along with the existing house. Building code zoning requirements such as setbacks, lot coverage, and glass allowances will be checked ,as well as any municipal by-law restrictions.
