Building Process - Design Presentation

During the design presentation you will be invited to our office, or our representative will come to your house to view the conceptual design of your proposed project. Whether the project is a home addition or a new deck, you will receive a complimentary tour of your project using state of the art 3D architectural software. This service is free to those who allow Additions Plus Inc. the privilege of building their new project; however, should you decide not to use Additions Plus Inc., a service fee of $ 500.00 will be charged. You will be able to take a virtual tour of the inside of the existing home, as well as the exterior. This design presentation will give you a photorealistic example of what Additions Plus Inc. is proposing to build. The designers at Additions Plus Inc. will use your budget as the basis for creating the conceptual designs. The designers will always focus on building your project within the parameters of your budget. As long as the budget allows, all your desired features and amenities will be included in the design. Our unique estimates include all 3D renderings, floor plans, detailed work description, and the total price to build your project. Allowances for all fixtures such as sinks, tubs, toilets, and cabinets will also be included in the print out. During the design presentation, all customer questions will be addressed and you can also view our extensive photo library to see how each phase of the construction will be handled. The design presentation is a good opportunity to ask about our contracts, payment schedules, warranties, etc…
