Construction

Once you have agreed to allow Additions Plus Inc. to build your new room you will be asked to sign the proposal. The proposal states that you have hired Additions Plus Inc. to be your builder.

The proposal also states that Additions Plus Inc. will develop architectural plans for you, apply and pay for your building permit, and begin scheduling the construction phases.

Steps:

1. signed letter of authorization giving permission to represent you in building permit application
2. final precise measurements 
3. necessary changes to drawings
4. package prepared for engineer and submitted
5. engineer to review plans and stamp.
6. necessary changes to drawings
7. building permit application
8. building permit pick-up
9. copy of permit package e-mailed to customer
10. ordering of materials

During this entire process you will be informed of the various steps.
